The following is recommended running gear but it’s ultimately the runners choice:
- Headlamp/extra batteries for those running in the dark.
- Wind/water resistant clothes.
- Sun hat/sunscreen.
- Water bottle(s) and/or hydration pack.
- Blister kit.
- Food you like.
- Well fitted properly sized running shoes with good grip.
- Warm jacket and pants.
- Warm sleeping bag or blanket at Start/Finish for after the race.
