Entry Process

Register by clicking on the Register Here button on any page of our website.

If registration is full, contact us and we can put you on a waitlist.

Entry fees are transferable up to 14 days from race day. However, we cannot guarantee a t-shirt of the correct size for the new runner. The registered runner must notify us of the name and email of the person receiving the entry and they will be asked to fill in their details on Race Roster.  

REFUND POLICIES:

• • • Should we have to cancel this event or should you not be able to participate in this event for good reason, 30 days or more prior to race day we offer the following choices:
      • full refund less the Race Roster administration fees, or
      • deferral to any other race in the River’s Edge Running Series
    • Should we have to cancel the event or, should you not be able to participate in this event for good reason, between 7 and 30 days prior to race day we offer the following choices:
      • refund 80% of your entry fee less the Race Roster administration fees, or
      • deferral to any other race in the River’s Edge Running Series
    • no refund or deferral will be given less than 7 days prior to the race

** River’s Edge Running Series reserves the right to change the price of the event without notice. Any registrants that have already paid will not be subject to these changes. 

IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR EVENTS YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS IN OUR WAIVER.

Entrants under 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian.
