You can ONLY register for this race online by clicking on the Register Here button on any page of our website.
If entering a team for the “Twisted Rabbit” 80km relay, the team captain will create and pay for the entire team. Team members can then register themselves.
If registration is full we will put your name on a wait list and notify you on a first come first served basis if a spot becomes available. If you have been notified by email that you are entered into the race from the wait list you must submit your entry form and entry fee online within 24 hours of being notified of a spot becoming available failing which you will lose your spot in the race.
Once you have submitted your entry form and entry fee online before the entry deadline your spot is reserved.
Entry fees are transferable up to 14 days week from race day. However, we cannot guarantee a t-shirt of the correct size for the new runner. The registered runner must notify us of the name and email of the person receiving the entry and they will be asked to fill in their details on Race Roster.
REFUND POLICIES:
- Should we have to cancel this event or should you not be able to participate in this event for good reason, 30 days or more prior to race day we offer the following choices:
- full refund less the Race Roster administration fees, or
- deferral to any other race in the River’s Edge Running Series
- Should we have to cancel the event or, should you not be able to participate in this event for good reason, less than 30 days prior to race day we offer the following choices:
- refund 80% of your entry fee less the Race Roster administration fees, or
- deferral to any other race in the River’s Edge Running Series
** River’s Edge Running Series reserves the right to change the price of the event without notice. Any registrants that have already paid will not be subject to these changes.
