The trails and areas where you are so kindly volunteering your services have numerous hazards so you must pay special attention to what you are doing and where you are going. You may be in remote areas and the chance of injury is a possibility. You will be responsible for your own health and safety before, during and after the race. All runners must agree to our waiver in order to complete registration and compete in this event.
