You can ONLY register for this race online by clicking on the Register Here button on any page on our website.
All entrants must be a minimum of 16 years of age on race day
Once you have submitted your entry form and entry fee online before the entry deadline your spot is reserved.
If registration is full we will put your name on a wait list and notify you on a first come first served basis if a spot becomes available. If you have been notified in writing that you are entered into the race from the wait list you must submit your entry form and entry fee online within 24 hours of being notified of a spot becoming available failing which you will lose your spot in the race.
Entry fees are transferable only if: (a) the person(s) being replaced has informed a race director by email this is the case; (b) the person(s) being replaced has also notified the director by email who the replacement person is; (c) the replacement person(s) have/has complied with all registration requirements.
REFUND POLICIES:
In anticipation of operating this event, if COVID 19 is still present, we will implement measures to reduce the transmission of COVID 19 in accordance with Alberta Health Services COVID 19 best practices and recommendations and will revise our website to inform you of this protocol.
- Should we have to cancel this event or, should you not be able to participate in this event for good reason, 30 days or more prior to race day we offer the following choices:
- full refund less the Race Roster administration fees, or
- deferral to any other race in the River’s Edge Running Series
- Should we have to cancel the event or, should you not be able to participate in this event for good reason, less than 30 days prior to race day we offer the following choices:
- refund 80% of your entry fee less the Race Roster administration fees, or
- deferral to any other race in the River’s Edge Running Series
IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY OF OUR EVENTS YOU MUST READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS IN OUR WAIVER.
